Things I said Alhumdulillah for in February…

Alhumdulillah means “All Praise is due to God” and are the words uttered by a Muslim when he/she is expressing gratitude to Allah. I find myself saying this numerous times a day and this post is a collection of moments when I have said Alhumdulilah during the past month.

Things I said Alhumdulillah for in February:

  1. Little Z being offered a place in school for FS1 starting September 2021! Alhumdulillah. He’s not so keen on the concept of school yet though, so should be interesting to see how the journey goes.
  2. Getting my grubby Dyson V8 cleaned thanks to a small business NovaFix. So glad to have my dyson back to it’s amazing self…I literally use it on a daily basis! (Let me know if you need the details of the company that services and repairs, I would be happy to share.)
  3. Creating another Instastory filter, this time for Distance Learning and Home Learning with my very own doodles. More details here.
  4. Little Z sleeping through the entire night in his own bed! WOOHOOO! It’s a much awaited break through!
  5. Half term break even if it was just 3 days! I am already counting down to the end of term holidays!
  6. Last BBQ of the winter with family at Al Qudra.
  7. Publishing my set of Ramadan Printables and receiving lots of love and support! Make sure to download them if you haven’t already.
  8. Publishing my last post as a Johnsons Baby Arabia Ambassador for 2020/2021. It has been such an incredible experience and I am so grateful to have been part of it.
  9. Lazy weekends at home spent ordering take away with the family.
  10. My baby bro. Mr A, moving into his own apartment in a new town as he starts his new job. I can’t wait to visit, when all these pandemic restrictions finally lift.
