Palmer’s Coconut Face Oil – Review…

My night time routine is very limited. Since having been introduced to the Skin Therapy Oil, that is pretty much all my night time routine consists of. I apply a few drops on my palm and massage it into my face and neck, and then off I go into deep slumber. I have been using the product for more than 2 years now, so when I was sent the new Palmer’s Coconut Face Oil, I already had promising expectations.

Palmer’s Coconut Face Oil

Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula products contain ethically and sustainably sourced Coconut Oil and Tahitian Monoi Oil, infused with Tiare flower petals. These raw natural ingredients ingredients drench skin in luxurious moisture for improved texture and appearance.
This new Facial Oil combines Fair Trade Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and 9 other pure precious oils to deeply boost hydration, replenishing and revitalizing skin to its most naturally dewy, radiant and healthy-looking state. It also helps maintain skin’s optimal moisture level so skin is balanced and never greasy or over producing oil to compensate for dryness.

My Experience:

The Palmer’s Coconut Luminous Hydration Facial Oil is packaged identically to the Skin Therapy Oil, in a glass bottle with a glass dropper, ensuring a very luxurious feel. I feared that this oil may smell entirely of coconuts, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was in fact the notes of Tiare Flower Petals that came through when I rubbed the oil into my skin, and not a strong coconut smell.

The consistency of this oil is just a teeny smidgen thicker than that of the Skin Therapy Oil I have previously been using, and this is only noticeable because I am so used to the previous one and have used it for over two years. It is still very much a liquid though. The oil is definitely greasy, which is why I prefer to use it as part of my night time routine just before I go to bed, applying a few drops to my face and neck, and then massaging it in for it to penetrate deep into my skin. This way I don’t need to worry about having an incredibly shiny forehead whilst going about my daily duties, it simply seeps into my skin during my sleep.

The oil itself smells delicious and really provides much needed hydration, especially after a grueling day in the summer heat or in AC rooms that cause dryness of the skin. For me, I also find that the oil works wonders in speeding up the time it takes for my dark blemishes to lighten up and eventually dissapear after I have had a bout of bad breakouts on my skin. Another great thing about this is that a little goes a long way, and one bottle of this can last you a couple of months before you have to repurchase, which is incredibly cost effective too. If your face is feeling parched, I would highly recommend you go out and grab one of these bottles!
