On Sunday Afternoon, I had the pleasure of attending Mamas Box 1st Birthday Bash, organised by the lovely Mamas Box owner and mumpreneur; Chirin Khawatmi. The event was held at the De La Mer Day Spa Garden, and I had a chance to mingle with lots of other mummys, including other mumpreneurs and bloggers, which is always a pleasure. The Spa also offered a complimentary back and shoulder massage, which my sister assured me was heavenly. The staff were amazing, and overall it was such a fun atmosphere to be part of.

I must confess, for the majority of my time at the birthday bash, I had a Spontiphoria cupcake, cookie or brownie in my mouth. I just could not get enough of them. Baby Z was devouring the cookies too, and I can’t even blame Sidiqa Sohail, gorgeous owner of Spontiphoria, for the sugar rush that followed in the evening, because those treats were just irresistible.

There were plenty of activities on hand to keep the little ones busy, including making play dough thanks to KenziBox, as well as ball pits and reading books. Baby Z was a big fan of the ball pit, and though he was being a bit of a neat freak (just like his mummy) he still enjoyed making the play dough.

Thank you so much to Chirin for the lovely party, and for spreading happiness between mothers. Your smile and energy is contagious, and I wish Mams Box the very best for the future. Here’s to many more birthdays to come…*clink*
