Palmer’s Raw Shea Shampoo & Conditioner- Review…

Happiness is a Good Hair Day, and don’t we all know it? And with Palmer’s the last few days have all been good hair days for me, all thanks to the duo of Raw Shea Shampoo and Conditioner.

The Shea Formula in both these products are designed to nourish and smooth your hair, whilst enhancing the shine. A moisture repair treatment that also protects hair colour for those of you that have dyed hair.

Not only are these products suitable for ALL hair types, they are also free of sulfates, Parabens, Phthalates, Dyes and Mineral Oil. To put it plainly, it doesn’t contain anything nasty!

Palmer’s Raw Shea Shampoo

One of the deciding factors that forms my first impression of a product is it’s smell, and so when I received this duo, the first thing I did was to pop open the lid and take a good sniff. Having a sweet tooth, it may come to you as no surprise that I also prefer sweet scents when it comes to bath products, so to be greeted by the sweet luxurious scent of Shea Butter was a welcome treat. The sweet smell lingers as you shampoo your hair and also a while after it is dried. The shampoo itself is like liquid silver, literally, as it shimmers, shines and glides in your palms.

Upon applying the shampoo, it turns your hair instantly silky smooth due to this sulfate free formula of raw, natural African Shea Butter, Keratin, Argon Oil, Grape Seed Oil and Vitamin E which removes buildup without stripping hair or interrupting its important moisture balance. It is gentle enough for daily use and this rich, deeply moisturizing shampoo is specifically formulated to nourish and repair dry, damaged, fragile hair.

Palmer’s Raw Shea Conditioner

This Moisture Repair Conditioner enhances and completes the Palmer’s Raw Shea experience. I found the scent of this conditioner to be sharp and with strong hints of coconut. The conditioner is opaque white but a smooth liquid just like the shampoo.

The effects of the conditioner are strong and with continued use, Palmer’s promises that you hair becomes silkier, and more manageable with frizz-free shine. Using the same key ingredients as the shampoo of raw, natural African Shea Butter, Argon Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Coconut Oil and Vitamin E, hair is continually hydrated to nourish and repair dry, damaged hair.

Key hair-healthy ingredients combine to form a protective seal around weak, fragile, damaged hair, repairing and replacing essential moisture needed and adding unsurpassed shine.

Results

Using both these products daily in my hair, have left it feeling smoother and silkier than before. This has also meant that it now takes me even less time to comb through any tangles and my hair dries to reveal shiny locks. I have also noticed a huge decrease in hair breakage whilst combing out my hair, which is relief to say the least! The Raw Shea formula is truly an enriching pamper session for your hair, and I would highly recommend it for use, especially if you have dry hair and are in need for moisture to be restored.

At the moment, these products are only available in the US, however they will soon be launched here in the UAE and I will keep you updated on this as soon as it happens on social media as well as right here on this post itself.
